Non Woven Fabric or Nonwoven cloth, also known as nonwovens, is composed of directional or random fibers. It is called cloth because it has the appearance and certain properties of cloth. ◆Heat-bonded non-woven fabric refers to the addition of fibrous or powdered hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fiber mesh, and the fiber mesh is then heated and melted and cooled to strengthen into cloth. Features: The surface bonding hot rolling surface is relatively smooth, and the point bonding hot rolling is relatively fluffy. Product application: production of baby diapers and women's sanitary napkin wrapping materials, ointment base cloth, clothing lining, masks, etc.

◆Pulp airborne mesh non-woven fabric can also be called dust-free paper, dry papermaking non-woven fabric. It uses airborne web technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then use the airflow method to agglomerate the fibers on the mesh curtain, and then strengthen the fiber mesh into cloth. Features: good fluffiness, soft feeling, super moisture absorption. Product application: medical hygiene materials, especially superabsorbent disposable hygiene products (such as diapers, sanitary napkins, wet wipes, wipes, etc.).

◆ Wet non-woven fabric is to open the fiber raw materials placed in the water medium into a single fiber, and at the same time mix different fiber raw materials to make a fiber suspension slurry, the suspension slurry is transported to the network forming mechanism, and the fiber is formed into a network in a wet state and then reinforced into a cloth. Industrial use: filters, insulation materials, sound absorbing materials. 3. Medical use: medical backing, medical tape, surgical bag wrapping material. 4. Civil: wallpaper, etc. ◆Spunbond non-woven fabric is after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and the fiber mesh is then subjected to self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement methods to make the fiber mesh become a non-woven fabric. ◆Needle-punched non-woven fabric is a kind of dry non-woven fabric, and needle-punched non-woven fabric is to use the puncture effect of the needle to strengthen the fluffy fiber mesh into cloth. Features: 1. Flexible entanglement between fibers, with good dimensional stability and elasticity. 2. Good permeability and filtration performance. 3. Feel plump and fluffy. 4.
