Manufacturing Technology Of Calcium Carbonate in PP Spunbonded Nonwoven Fabric

Mar 12, 2023Leave a message

The raw material for the production of spunbond nonwovens is polypropylene with high melt index, which is evenly mixed with calcium carbonate filler masterbatch. After being extruded through a hopper and melted in a screw extruder, it enters a continuous pre-filter and then into a spin box. The melt enters the spinning head through the metering pump, and the melt is quantitatively delivered to the spinneret through the precise metering of the metering pump, and passes through the spinneret hole, that is, the main fiber forms a continuous melt trickle. The primary fibers are then cooled by sudden cooling and airflow to form tows. The filament bundle is swung back and forth by the swing roller, and evenly placed on the running mesh curtain to form a fiber web.
