Talking about the environmental protection of non-woven fabrics

Now most of the raw material of non-woven fabrics is polypropylene, and the raw material of plastic bags is polyethylene. Of course, the names of the two energies are similar, but the chemical structure is very different. The polyethylene chemist's configuration is quite stubborn and not easy to decompose, so the plastic bag needs 300 years.
The chemical configuration of polypropylene is impatient, and the molecular chains of the non-woven fabric are chaotically broken, which can be effectively decomposed. In a non-toxic form, a non-woven shopping bag can be roughly decomposed within 90 days. In addition, non-woven shopping bags can be reused more than 10 times, and the degree of pollution to the environment after disposal is also 10% of that of plastic bags.
1. Transplantation and temporary planting of garden trees. Before temporarily planting large trees and small seedlings, spread non-woven fabrics on the tree holes, and then spread nutrient soil. The survival rate of garden trees is high, and it can retain water and fertilizer.
2. Cover with floating surface (specification 25-30g/280cm) for greenhouses and open field seedlings in winter. It can prevent the wind from blowing and increase the temperature. One side of the seedbed is fixed with soil, and the other side is fixed with bricks and soil. Make small arches with bamboo chips or thick iron wires, cover them with non-woven fabrics, or fix the surroundings with bricks or soil for insulation. Fresh vegetables and flowers need to be covered, get more sun, remove them in the morning and cover them in the evening. Covering the floating roof can increase the temperature 10 centimeters above the ground by about 2°C, and the ground temperature by 1-2°C. The covered vegetables can go on the market 5-7 days earlier, and the yield can be increased by about 15%.
3. Used as a ceiling. Greenhouses and plastic greenhouses are covered with non-woven fabrics as ceilings. The film interval between the ceiling and the plastic greenhouse is 15-20 cm; it forms an insulation layer, which can increase the temperature inside the shelf by 3-5°C. Open during the day and close at night, the partition must be properly closed to be effective.
4. Use small arches to cover the outside (specification 80-100g/280cm), instead of straw curtains for heat preservation, saving 20% of the cost compared with straw curtains, and greatly prolonging the life; you can also cover the small arches with non-woven fabrics, and then cover them with plastic For thin films, increase the temperature by 5-8°C.
5. Used to block sunlight. Cover the seedbed directly with non-woven fabric, cover it in the morning and remove it in the evening, which can effectively improve the uniformity and fullness of the seedlings. Vegetables, flower seedlings, and medium seedlings can be directly covered on the seedlings in summer.
6. Before the arrival of the cold snap, directly cover tea, flowers and other crops that are vulnerable to freezing damage with non-woven fabrics, which can effectively reduce the loss of freezing damage. To sum up, the material of non-woven fabrics in non-woven fabrics is still very good, and can be used for transplanting and artificial planting of garden trees, and has many advantages in winter greenhouses and open field seedlings.
