The disposable surgical drapes material is double-layered structure, the bilateral material consist of a liquid impermeable polyethylene (PE) film and absorbent polypropylene (PP) non woven fabric.
Composite nonwoven fabric is a new type of nonwoven material. Nonwoven fabric is compounded together with two, three, or four layers of nonwoven fabric through composite treatment to produce products with special functions, such as high strength, high barrier, high hydrostatic pressure resistance, etc. UV treatment can be done to achieve anti-aging.
60g PE laminated hydrophilic nonwoven is a pre-prepared PE film, heated by a hot melt glue machine to melt the friendly green hot melt glue to make it atomized on the nonwoven fabric, bonded together with the nonwoven substrate, and finally pressed together. A: Dekun have 9 lines of PP non woven fabric (width 1.6/1.8/2/2.1/2.2/2.6/3.2m etc.) ,4 lines of PE coated pp (width 2.4/2.6/3.2m), 3 lines of adhesive composite (width 1.6/2.4m).
Q: What is the date of loading by ship?
A: The loading date from our factory is 7 to 15 days after receive deposit or LC document.
Q: How about Payment term?
A: As the Company policy, you need pay 30% TT as deposit. The rest balance based on BL copy. Or we can do LC at sigh.
Q: What is the package do you use?
A: All our products is rolled by paper tube. The size of paper tube is 3” and 2”. Length per roll can be from 200m to 20000m. Then, we use PVC film and warping film to cover on it. We also can packing rolls by pallet, which is according to buyer's request.
