Production process

a. Laminated non woven fabric can also be called PE composite non-woven fabric. Compared with ordinary non-woven fabric, this non-woven fabric has an additional lamination process in the process. Before production, select suitable production materials, such as PP or PET. These selected materials need to be cleaned and dried to ensure the quality during the production process.

b. Melt PE or other suitable polymer particles through an extruder to form a film. In this process, the polymer melt will be evenly coated on the surface of the non-woven fabric.

c. In the next step, the non-woven fabric coated with the polymer melt is passed through a laminator to evenly adhere the polymer melt to the non-woven fabric, thereby forming a uniform film.

d. The laminated non-woven fabric passes through a cooling roller or cooling system to quickly cool and solidify it.

e. Cut the laminated PE non-woven fabric to the required size and roll it into a roll for subsequent processing and use.

f. The entire production process is subject to multiple quality inspections, including thickness, uniformity, bonding strength, etc., to ensure that the product meets quality standards.
