Non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, and its finished product is moderately soft and comfortable. Because of its excellent performance, it is used in many industries. What is its application in the construction industry?
The construction method of non-woven fabrics adopts manual rolling; the cloth surface should be flat, leaving an appropriate deformation allowance; the installation of long filaments or geotextiles in short filaments is usually carried out by lap joints, stitching and welding, and the width of the welds is generally If it is greater than 0.1 meters, the lap width is generally greater than 0.2 meters. If the geotextile is exposed for a long time, it should be welded or stitched.
During construction, the woven fabric on the geomembrane is naturally lapped, and the non-woven fabric on the upper layer of the geomembrane is seamed or hot-air welded. Hot-air welding is a common connection method, that is, two pieces of cloth are heated instantly at high temperature with a hot air gun. Some of them are melted, and immediately use a certain external force to firmly bond them together.
In construction, non-woven fabrics are generally used for roofing. Specifically, a layer of polyester woven cloth is laid between the insulation layer and the protective layer. Its main function is to connect and fuse, and it has a certain stretching function. The laying method includes rubber roller bonding method and plain cement slurry rolling bonding method.
Pay attention to sunshade for non-woven fabrics to prevent fading. Be sure to ventilate to remove dust and moisture, and do not expose to sunlight. Anti-mold and anti-moth agents should be placed in the closet to prevent cashmere products from being damp, moldy and moth-eaten.
