The texture of the non-woven fabric is light and thin, and it is easy to use. Not only does it have great uses in household and clothing, but it can also be used as a greenhouse cloth when crops are harvested. So what are the specific applications of non-woven fabrics in vegetable greenhouses?
1. Thermal insulation: The transmittance of non-woven fabrics to long waves is lower than that of plastic films. Since the radiation area at night mainly relies on long-wave radiation, the effect of covering and heat preservation is outstanding.
2. Breathing and humidity control: It is made of filaments stacked into a net shape, which has the functions of high porosity, air permeability, water permeability and automatic humidity adjustment.
3. Shading and freezing: The effect of covering with colored non-woven fabrics has different shading and freezing effects. Black is better than yellow, and yellow is better than blue.
4. Anti-aging: have undergone anti-aging treatment. The thicker the fabric, the lower the rate of strength loss.
The dust-free cloth is made of double-sided weaving of polyester fiber, with a soft surface, easy to wipe sensitive surfaces, no fiber loss caused by friction, good water absorption and cleaning efficiency. The cleaning and packaging of the products are completed in the ultra-clean workshop. Optional edge banding for dust-free cloth generally includes: cold cutting, laser edge banding, and sonic edge banding.
The surface of the non-woven fabric is soft, easy to wipe sensitive surfaces, friction does not remove fibers, and the cleaning effect of water absorption is good.
