Non-woven fabrics break through the traditional prevention principle, and it has the characteristics of short process flow and fast production rate. What is the way to prevent it from generating static electricity while in use?
1. Reason:
There are many reasons for non-woven fabrics to cause static electricity, but there are two common situations: one is because the air humidity is not enough. The second is that in the production of non-woven fabrics, the added fiber oil is low and the content of antistatic agents is low.
2. Measures:
According to the above two situations, there are also targeted solutions. One is to change the environment in which the non-woven fabric is used, for example, it can be moved to a place with relatively high humidity, or the water molecules in the air can increase. The second is to add cloth fiber oil and some electrostatic agents to the non-woven fabric. It is made of non-woven polypropylene directly spun into a net and bonded by heating. The strength of the product is better than that of ordinary staple fiber products, and the strength has no direction, and the vertical and horizontal directions are similar to the strength.
For these reasons, non-woven fabrics have also made detailed measures to reduce the static electricity of the cloth. It can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid; antibacterial, alkali corrosion resistance, and the finished product will not affect the strength due to corrosion.
